Groking is an online retailer of the world’s best cannabis seeds. We retail these seeds for souvenir and genetic preservation purposes ONLY. All information contained on the Groking website is for educational purposes and historical reference.
Groking is in no way responsible for the personal actions of customer and as such are not liable in any way for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against oneself in connection with any use of products ordered from this website.
Any questions relating to germination will go unanswered as planting seeds contravenes the terms by which they were sold.

Groking reserves the right to cancel any transaction that we believe is fraudulent or that may cause damage to the organization.

Domestic orders (UK) are sent out via Royal Mail’s First Class “signed for” service and should be received within 3 working days of purchase. This is not a fully trackable service but it does require a signature on delivery and you will receive tracking number that confirms when your order has been shipped.
Nearly all international orders are received within 7-10 working days of purchase. There is a small minority instance where it can take up to 21 days but this is extremely rare. We send international deliveries via a “track and trace” service and a signature may be required. When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number (where possible, as not all countries offer this service) via e-mail so you can follow its progress.
If you want to return any items you buy from the Groking website, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. You must let us know in advance of return so we can update the order status on our system. All returns must be sent back to us in a new and unopened condition. If you adhere to the returns policy outlined, you are entitled to a refund on any seeds that you purchased. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
In the small number of cases where items are damaged in transit, postage costs will be refunded also. You must inform us of any damage in transit, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
